Terms of service
The Omni API is operated by Radiant Crest Inc. (“RC Inc”). By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these terms.
Credit
You pay in advance by adding credit in US dollars. Each API call deducts its price from your credit, and the dashboard shows every deduction. Credit does not expire. Unused credit is refundable on request within 30 days of purchase, less any amount already used.
Acceptable use
You may not use the API to create content that is illegal, sexualises minors, harasses or impersonates real people without consent, infringes others’ rights, or breaks the usage policies of the model providers behind it. We may suspend keys that do.
Your content
You own your prompts and outputs, subject to the rights of the model providers. We keep request records needed for billing and support, and do not use your content to train models.
Keys
Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for calls made with your keys until you revoke them.
Availability
The API is provided as is. Models depend on third-party providers and can change, slow down or be withdrawn. Our liability is limited to the credit you paid in the 30 days before a claim.
